Although the use of organic fertilizers to supplement nutrients dates back a thousand years in many
countries – including Hungary – the amount of manure produced by existing livestock does not cover the needs of crop
production. In such circumstances, the efficient use of available organic fertilizer stocks may be of paramount importance. Baromfi – Coop Kft. has developed a technology that is unique in Europe for processing chicken manure of consistent quality. The process begins with a controlled and supervised fermentation. After drying and sterilization, the resulting matured, decomposed chicken manure is used as a raw material for the production of “user-friendly” products of diverse nutrient contents. In addition to the most important macronutrients (N, P, K), poultry manure as a raw material contains countless secondary nutrients and micronutrients, whose supplementation is essential, but is also a costly process to complete the nutrient supplementation provided by traditional chemical fertilizers.

Fermented organic matter that enters the soil is a true soil conditioner. Our certified organic products are 100% usable in the

In an area of over 400,000 square meters Baromfi – Coop Kft. raises hens and broiler chickens, whose deep litter manure is available as raw material all year round. The main feature of its production of a yearly 60,000 tons of deep litter manure is consistent quality – in terms of macro- and micronutrients, as well as regarding microbiological
